Creperie Saint Germain is San Francisco's healthlicious street food vendor of sweet and savory crepes made with organic buckwheat and fresh, seasonal ingredients. Organic buckwheat is a highly energizing and nutritious fruit seed rich in magnesium and dietary fiber that has a more distinctive flavor than wheat. Buckwheat is the key traditional ingredient used to make crepes in French kitchens across the world. It provides for a delicious taste while keeping the texture light and easily digestible.
